General Freight Policy*

(delivery within the 48 contiguous United States)

• Transportation surcharges are applied to ALL invoices regardless of freight terms. A 3% surcharge will be added to domestic invoices and a 4% surcharge will be added to all international invoices.
• Freight terms for customers outside the 48 contiguous states will comply to the U.S. port of their choice.
• Split Shipments: Customers will not be penalized on freight terms for items that must be shipped from various FloraCraft locations.
  Carrier Selection: FloraCraft reserves the right to select carrier based on the best price and service. Customers may specify a carrier; however, you will be responsible for any difference in the freight cost.
• Export Orders: Export Shipments subject to the above terms and following conditions.
  • Standard freight allowances only apply to less-than-container load shipments to designated forwarder within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • All full container load shipments are shipped Ex-Works FloraCraft Warehouse and are exempt from any freight allowances.
  • Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Payment options include: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or bank-wire transfer.
  • All invoices are provided in and must be paid in US Dollars.
  • For shipments in which FloraCraft arranges the transportation to freight forwarder, all damages and/or shortages must be signed for at time of delivery by the freight forwarder or no claims will be accepted.

Terms & Conditions

1. New customer account review takes 7-10 business days. If you are not requesting terms at this time but request them at a later date, updated credit information must be submitted for review.
2. Following credit review and approval, FloraCraft Corporation's (“FloraCraft”) terms are Net 30 or less. Initial orders placed by new customers shall be paid for in advance or guaranteed with a credit card while your account is being reviewed. Customers with Net terms are required to pay invoices via ACH. Credit card customers will not be offered terms, and all cards are charged at order input or shipment of goods. MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express will be accepted. Additionally, Wire Transfer, ACH withdrawal (reverse ACH), or Check in advance of shipment will be accepted.
3. Following the minimum initial order of $2,000 USD, any orders under $300 will be charged a Small Order Fee of $25 for handling, plus full freight charges. Customers must maintain a minimum purchase volume of at least $3,000 annually. Customers with a purchase volume below the annual minimum are no longer be eligible for Net terms and will be referred to one of FloraCraft Corporation's distributors. Your terms with FloraCraft begin on invoice date NOT the receipt of goods or any other date.
4. Shortage or damage claims must be made within 10 business days of receipt of order, otherwise FloraCraft may deny and not accept such claims. Shortages and damages must be signed for and noted on the Proof of Delivery at the time of delivery or FloraCraft reserves the right to deny those claims. Pictures are required for damage claims. Unused credits must be used on the next order but in all cases will expire no later than six months after credit date.
5. Returns may be requested within 10 business days of receipt of order. Product being returned must be in original, undamaged packaging. All returns require return authorization from customer service. Customer is responsible for return freight plus 15% restocking fee. Closeouts and seasonal product are not eligible for returns.
6. Transportation surcharges are applied to all invoices regardless of freight terms. Any accessorial charges related to special delivery instructions are to be the responsibility of and will be charged to the customer. Accessorial charges include but are not limited to, liftgate, inside delivery, sort and segregation, redelivery, fuel surcharges, residential, and similar other charges.
7. By submitting an application, you authorize FloraCraft and/or its representatives to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied, as well as periodic credit checks. You also authorize banking and business/trade partners to release requested credit inquiry information to FloraCraft representatives.
8. Emailed and web-based applications are deemed to be original. No oral agreements or modifications will be accepted unless agreed to in writing by a FloraCraft representative.
9. FloraCraft reserves the right to revoke credit, demand payment in full, and/or reduce the credit line amount at any time, for any reason. If reasonable collection or legal action is deemed necessary by FloraCraft to receive monies owed, the collection or legal fees shall also be charged to, and paid by the above person, business, or organization.
