Where to Buy

I am a consumer. Where can I buy your products? 
FloraCraft branded products can be found at many major retailers such as Walmart, Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, and Joann or you can buy from Amazon.
 
I am a small business owner. Where can I buy your products? 
FloraCraft sells in bulk case packs to many distributors and wholesalers around the world. If you do not currently have a distributor/wholesaler please contact the FloraCraft Customer Care Team at 1-800-253-0409, 1-231-845-5127, or cs@floracraft.com

What types of products do you sell? 
FloraCraft is a Michigan-based manufacturer of floral and craft foams, decorative straw, and Spanish moss products.  In addition, FloraCraft also carries a variety of floral and craft accessories which support designing with foam and straw.

Wholesale Customer Accounts 

What are the criteria to open a wholesale account? 
FloraCraft sells in bulk case packs only. A minimum opening order is $2,000 to a single shipping location. The initial opening order must be placed on a credit card.  
 
How do I add or change my shipping or billing addresses? 
Once you have established a wholesale account with FloraCraft, you can update your billing or shipping address, or add multiple shipping addresses, by contacting the FloraCraft Customer Care Team at 1-800-253-0409, 1-231-845-5127, or cs@floracraft.com. Please note that billing and shipping addresses cannot be updated on shop.floracraft.com. 
 
What is a tax identification number? 
A Federal Tax Identification Number, or an Employer Identification Number (EIN), is issued by the IRS and is used to identify a business entity. 
 
What is a DUNS number? 
A Data Universal Number System number, or DUNS number, is a unique nine-character number by the federal government to identify an organization and track how federal money, including grants, is allocated.  
 
Can I use my own sku/item number? 
Yes, wholesale customers may use their own sku or item numbers. For more information, contact the FloraCraft Customer Care Team at 1-800-253-0409, 1-231-845-5127, or cs@floracraft.com.

Wholesale Orders   

Do you have a minimum order requirement? 
FloraCraft’s minimum order requirement is $300. Orders less than $300 must be shipped to a single location and are subject to a $25 handling fee. 
 
Can I edit my order after it has been placed? 
Orders can be edited after they are placed for a limited time. If you have recently placed an order and would like to attempt to make an edit, please contact the FloraCraft Customer Care Team at 1-800-253-0409, 1-231-845-5127, or cs@floracraft.com
 
Can you rush my order? 
Rush orders are subject to a $25 handling fee. Please contact the FloraCraft Customer Care Team at 1-800-253-0409, 1-231-845-5127, or cs@floracraft.com for assistance with a rush order. 
 
What payment types do you accept? 
FloraCraft accepts credit card payments with a MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express credit card. In addition, payments can be made with a wire transfer, check in advance of shipment, or an ACH withdrawal set up in advance.  
 
Can I apply for terms? 
To apply for terms, please complete the registration form found here. Payment terms are Net 30 days  (with approved credit) from the Invoice date (not receipt of good date). 
 
What if my order arrives with missing or damaged items? 
Shortage or damage claims must be submitted to FloraCraft within ten (10) business days of receipt of order. Shortages and damages must be signed for and noted by the driver of the carrier on the Proof of Delivery at the time of delivery or FloraCraft reserves the right to deny those claims. 
 
What is your return policy? How do I initiate a return? 
Returns may be requested within 10 days of receipt of the product. Products being returned must be in original, undamaged packaging. All returns require return authorization from customer service. The customer is responsible for return freight plus a 15% restocking fee. Closeouts and seasonal products are not eligible for returns. You can initiate a return by completing the form found here

Where will my order ship from? 
FloraCraft has 3 shipping points, including Michigan, California, and Texas. Orders may ship from a combination of these locations. 

How quickly will my order ship? 
In general, orders ship within 3 business days. This can change based on many factors such as in-stock availability, peak season picking, or trucking availability. Additionally, FloraCraft is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen factors, such as inclement weather or other shipping disruptions that shipping carriers may experience. 

Do you accept export orders? 
Yes, we ship internationally. For more information, please review our general freight policy here

Web Accounts 

How can I create a website account? 
Click here to complete the customer application. Once submitted, a FloraCraft representative will be in touch with you. Once you are approved as a customer, you will be able to order via the website. If you have already established an account with FloraCraft and do not have access to the website, please contact the FloraCraft Customer Care Team at 1-800-253-0409, 1-231-845-5127, or cs@floracraft.com for more information. 
 
How do I update my website password? 
To update your password, visit the My Account section of your web account, or click the Forgot Password link found here
 
Who is my company administrator and what is their role? 
Your company administrator is the individual at your company that has been identified as the primary contact for conducting business with FloraCraft and managing your company account on shop.floracraft.com. This includes providing access to other users. 
 
If you know who your company administrator is and would like to access shop.floracraft.com, please contact them at your business directly. 
 
If your company is unsure who has been identified at FloraCraft as the company administrator, please contact the FloraCraft Customer Care Team at 1-800-253-0409, 1-231-845-5127, or cs@floracraft.com for more information. 
 
How do I update my company administrator? 
If you need to update your company administrator and access to shop.floracraft.com, please contact the FloraCraft Customer Care Team at 1-800-253-0409, 1-231-845-5127, or cs@floracraft.com for more information. 
 
How do I update the users associated with my web account? 
If you are the company administrator for your business and need to update the contacts associated with your web account on shop.floracraft.com, please log in and navigate to the My Account section of the website to make any necessary user updates.
