If you have determined you do not want to keep merchandise that has been received, you may return it to FloraCraft. The customer will be responsible for the freight to ship the product back to our warehouses and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Additionally, shortage or damage claims must be submitted to FloraCraft within ten (10) business days of receipt of order. Shortages and damages must be signed for and noted by the driver of the carrier on the Proof of Delivery at the time of delivery or FloraCraft reserves the right to deny those claims.
